During the exchange, both parties focused on analyzing the rapid growth trend of the global electric motorcycle market and unanimously recognized the vast development potential of emerging markets such as India and Southeast Asia. As a "specialized, sophisticated, distinctive, and novel" enterprise in the field of intelligent instruments for electric motorcycles, Chenhan Intelligent has built a full-stack technical capability covering chip underlying layers, operating systems, algorithm protocol stacks, and cloud computing. With solid technical accumulation, it has provided one-stop intelligent solutions for leading enterprises such as India's SEEKA and OYAKA, and related products have been highly recognized in the local market.

Chairman Liu Jinquan pointed out: "Chenhan Intelligent's screen projection instruments and intelligent cockpit technologies are redefining the riding experience, making safety, convenience, and entertainment interconnection a reality." Director Yuan Pengfei highly recognized Chenhan Intelligent's technical strength and market achievements, and clearly stated that the Innovation Center will rely on Chenhan Intelligent's R&D advantages to jointly promote the implementation of intelligent solutions for takeaway vehicles and other multiple scenarios. Chairman Liu Jinquan also introduced the development history and industrial layout of Chenhan Intelligent. Founded in 2017, with its headquarters located in Tonglu, Hangzhou, Chenhan Intelligent evolved from Chenhan Electronics, which was established in 2008. It is a national high-tech enterprise and a qualified unit in special industries, and once won the second place in China's Hard Innovation Competition.

Currently, the enterprise has two wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely Jiangsu Chenhan Electronics and Taizhou Chenhan Intelligent, and has set up branches in Wuxi, Taizhou and other places, forming a complete network of R&D, production and services.
